CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY

Om My Way Naturopathy highly respects and realises how valuable your time is and realises that appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled. Like yours, our time is also very valuable as is other clients that may have missed an appointment opportunity during your time slot.

We have in place a 48-hour cancellation policy, which means that any appointments cancelled 48 hours prior to booking will be impacted by our cancellation policy. If you wish to reschedule there is also in place a 24-hour rescheduling policy.

FEES WON’T APPLY

Cancellation that occurs 48 hours or more before your scheduled appointment can be issued with a full-refund at no additional cost to you.

Rescheduling that occurs 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment will not incur a fee. However if you wish to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment please be aware that I may not be able to fill your time slot resulting in another person missing out.

FEES WILL APPLY

Any cancellations made by and for you that occur within the 48 hour period will result in a cancellation fee. This fee will equal half of the value of your consultation booking dollar amount.

UNAVOIDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES

If you have been issued with a cancellation fee and you believe it to be unreasonable due to unavoidable circumstances Kim will consider a waiver from case to case. Kim would like to avoid cancellation fees at all costs. Please phone 48 hours prior to your appointment to avoid the fee and gain a chance to re-book or give another a chance to take your time slot.
